EBF works with schools and academies in a number ways depending on the requirements.
SINGLE SCHOOL: Typically a deployment with c. 2 days on-site at a single school and report that follows up identifying the metrics and how they measure up vs benchmarks. This report will include costed and uncosted recommendations.
MULTIPLE SCHOOLS: A deployement across several schools who are usually part of Multi Academy Trusts with c. 2 days on site at each school and individual reports and one joint report to identify metrics vs benchmarket and includes recommendations.
LOCAL AUTHORITY: Working with local authorities to review all the schools in their area and to give a more holistic and overarching view of the education provision both mainstream and SEND across the borough.
Please get in touch and we can create bespoke packages of support for your individual needs.
EBF can help school's and academies to take a step back and identify where the gaps are in terms of funding and look for areas where savings could be made. EBF works within the government guidelines of ICFP metrics and xxx in order to give an objective view of where spending is within the benchmarked ranges.
With a particular focus on Special Educational Settings and specialist units within mainstream schools, EBF will review banded funding arrangements and recommend where there is a genuine shortfall to help schools and academies get back to a balanced budget. All our consultants are driven by a common purpose which is to reduce the negative impact disability and socioeconomic disadvantage has on educational outcomes.

Schools & Academies
Many schools and academies are facing a multi-faceted challenge of a reduction in funding (in part due to falling birth rates) and an increase in cost due to macro-economic factors across the globe. And with many SEND schools closing, it is becoming a requirement that school's staff accordingly to offer education to children with special educational needs. It's a heady combination for Headteachers to manage.

EBF will undertake full review of your school or academy's resources including all teaching and non-teaching staff, physical environment, budget etc and benchmark these against ICFP metrics.
