About Us

Enabling Brighter Futures (EBF) is an educational strategic support partner for schools, academies and local authorities, with a particular focus on SEND.

We work with organisations that share a commitment to raising aspirations for children, young people and vulnerable members of our community. Other clients include charitable organisations, not-for-profit businesses, and small to medium-sized enterprises.

Founded to support educational and charitable organisations, EBF specialises in reviewing financial structures and resource allocation to develop robust, sustainable business plans. Our goal is to help organisations build strong foundations for long-term success.

Sustainable long-term planning sits at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering solutions that create lasting impact and enable brighter futures for children and communities.

We believe there is always a way to improve every situation, and we consider it a privilege to work alongside organisations striving to create a better future.

By developing a deep understanding of each organisation’s unique context, we provide tailored strategic support across business development, growth and transformation. Our experienced consultants bring expertise in strategy, organisational development, change management, branding, marketing and operational delivery - ensuring practical, effective outcomes.

We work directly with schools and academies as well as Local Authorites to support a whole region of schools.

Our work can be on-going or project based. We offer small focussed reviews and longer-term ongoing partnerships where we work to assess options, plan and embed the change needed to ensure a sustainable model is achieved.

We also work with schools to provide detailed quality assured information and data sets in support of effective leadership and management decision-making.

Often we have a focus on SEND and/or inclusive practice in mainstream settings.
